Facade
This bungalow house has a sloping roof, in the middle of this building the walls are coated with cream-colored paint towering upwards which displays the impression of a tall house. Parallel to the entrance is a closed wooden partition cavity which functions to create privacy for visiting guests, each front side is also equipped with potted greenery so that the house looks fresh. Not only 1 building, on the right side of the house there is a wide enough lanai that has a skylight roof.
Living Area
Entering the house is greeted with an open space room that connects 3 areas, namely the living room, dining table and kitchen. The first thing is that the living room is quite spacious, there are glass windows that are spread on each wall of the living room, this serves to make the room evenly bright. While the wall behind the television is covered with long wall panels that function to cover messy cables, this area is also beautified with bonsai plants in the corner of the room which makes the room comfortable.
Dining & Kitchen Area
The area is still connected to the living room, this design is interesting because next to the dining table has a glass window that connects to the lanai, this is perfect for those of you who want to hold parties or eat with family while enjoying the atmosphere outside the house. The kitchen concept is made simple because in the center there is a mini dining that makes it easy for you to cook and eat privately with your partner.
Cozy Lanai
This lanai is quite spacious and rectangular in shape, the lanai is connected to the dining table and kitchen area making it suitable to be the center of the house. This area has a skylight roof so that you can enjoy a comfortable morning and evening atmosphere, even though there is a partition but wood but it does not make the lanai become cramped. This lanai has stairs to climb while beside it are placed some plants as greenery.
